IOTA GNJ 3250 is a two-component silicone gel engineered for precision electronic component potting, featuring a 1:1 mixing ratio for easy operation, medium viscosity fluidity, and rapid curing. It provides comprehensive protection for automotive electronics, solar cells, sensors, IGBT modules, and other core components. Its addition-curing mechanism ensures no by-products, preventing corrosion or contamination of sensitive devices; post-curing, it forms a transparent, soft elastomer with >90% light transmittance and low yellowing index, maintaining optical clarity for long-term visual monitoring of equipment status.

Key advantages include excellent medium-viscosity fluidity, penetrating fine component gaps for bubble-free potting; compatibility with room-temperature or heat curing (60℃/30min fast cure) to adapt to diverse production rhythms; and self-healing properties post-curing, absorbing mechanical vibration and thermal expansion stress to buffer external impacts and protect internal circuits. Additionally, it offers superior temperature resistance (-60~200℃), insulation resistance (>10¹⁴Ω·cm), and dielectric strength (>20kV/mm), effectively withstanding moisture, dust, salt spray, and ensuring stable operation of electronic components in harsh environments.

Applications span automotive electronic precision circuits, hybrid circuit potting, solar cell waterproofing, sensor signal stability, high-power rectifier insulation, and optoelectronic device protection. Its low modulus (Shore 00 hardness 30) avoids stress damage to component pins, while easy disassembly facilitates post-maintenance and part replacement. Packaged in separate A/B sealed containers (20kg/barrel), it offers a 12-month shelf life at room temperature, with on-demand mixing to reduce waste and production costs.
