IOTA DZ6200PC additive silicone thermal conductive adhesive is a two component product that is soft and compressible after curing. It is mainly used for heat dissipation of heating components such as power batteries and electronic equipment.

 

Product features

1. Excellent electrical insulation performance.

2. Good thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 2W · m-1 · K-1.

3. Can be cured at room temperature or by heating.

4. After application, it does not flow in the horizontal or vertical direction.

5. It is easy to rework after solidification.

6. Flame retardant grade: V-0.

7. The shrinkage of the product is small after curing.

Operation and Safety

1. Clean up the dust, oil, etc. on the surface of the substrate before use.

2. Components A and B should be fully mixed to avoid affecting the curing.

3. The glue will not cure if it contacts the following chemicals: organic compounds of N, P, S; ionic compounds such as Sn, Pb, Hg, As; compounds containing alkynes and polyvinyls.

4. Wear protective gloves for long-term or repeated contact.

5. Keep away from fire, sparks and open flames, keep the container sealed, and use explosion-proof electrical, ventilation and lighting equipment.

6. This product is a non-dangerous product and can be transported as a non-dangerous product.

 

Package

This product can be provided in 400ml, 600ml double tube packaging or other packaging according to customer needs

 

Storage and Shelf life

This product should be stored in a well ventilated place with a storage temperature below 30 ℃ and a storage period of 6 months.
