DZ6200PC supports room-temperature or heat-assisted curing, with a curing time of 4 hours at 25°C or just 30 minutes at 80°C, greatly reducing production cycles. Its unique thixotropic properties prevent flow after application, making it suitable for both horizontal and vertical surfaces. Moreover, the cured material is easy to rework, facilitating maintenance and component replacement.
The product features a 1:1 mixing ratio and offers a 60-minute working time at 25°C, enabling efficient large-scale application. IOTA adheres to strict safety guidelines, advising users to avoid exposure to chemicals that may inhibit curing (e.g., N, P, S compounds, and heavy metal ions) and recommending the use of protective gloves during handling.
IOTA DZ6200PC is available in 400ml/600ml dual-cartridge packaging and customizable specifications to meet diverse customer needs. With a 6-month shelf life (below 30°C) and stable chemical properties, it provides a reliable thermal solution for electronics manufacturing, new energy, and industrial applications.
