    Recently, the phenyl silicon gel IOTA 3128 launched by Anhui Aiyota Silicone Oil Co., Ltd. has attracted industry attention due to its excellent performance. This two-component silicone material designed specifically for electronic components integrates moisture resistance, insulation, and elastic bonding, becoming a key protective solution in fields such as 5G communication, new energy vehicles, and aerospace.

    IOTA 3128 adopts additive room temperature curing technology. After mixing A/B components in a 1:1 weight ratio, they can be completely cured at 22 ℃ for 120 minutes, or heated to 80 ℃ to accelerate curing, greatly improving production efficiency. Its core advantages lie in its wide temperature range adaptability (stable operation from -60 ℃ to 200 ℃), high light transmittance (≥ 95%), and ultra-low stress characteristics. After curing, the cone penetration is ≤ 75mm/10, and even long-term thermal expansion and contraction, it is not easy to crack, significantly extending the service life of the equipment.

In addition, the material has a volume resistivity of over 1.0 × 10 ¹⁴Ω· cm, combined with its solvent-free and low volatility environmental characteristics, and has passed UL-94 flame retardant certification, making it an ideal inner covering material for high-end electronic products.

    At present, IOTA 3128 has achieved mass production, with packaging specifications of 15kg/barrel for each A/B component, and supports customization of parameters such as viscosity and curing time. The product needs to be sealed and stored in a cool place, with a shelf life of up to 6 months, and transported as non dangerous goods, greatly reducing the logistics cost of the enterprise.
