IOTA GNJ 3250LC is a two-component silicone gel engineered for automotive electronics, new energy, and smart sensing fields, offering potting protection for precision electronic components with medium-viscosity transparent formulation, flexible curing, and superior protective performance. It supports room-temperature or heat curing (60℃/30min fast cure) to adapt to diverse production rhythms, with no by-products released during curing to prevent contamination of sensitive devices. Post-curing, it forms a low-hardness elastomer (Shore 00 hardness 35) with <0.3% shrinkage and no small-molecule silicone oil bleeding, ensuring long-term safety and stability.
Key strengths include excellent medium-viscosity fluidity (5000-8000 mPa·s at 25℃), penetrating fine component gaps for bubble-free potting; wide temperature resistance (-60~200℃) for extreme environments like automotive engine bays and outdoor solar equipment; outstanding damping performance (tanδ >0.3) to absorb mechanical vibration and protect circuits from impact; and superior weather aging resistance (>90% performance retention after 1000h QUV test), ensuring stable operation under humidity, salt spray, and UV exposure.
