IOTA GNJ 3250OCR is a two-component addition-curing silicone gel engineered for full lamination of automotive screens, computer monitors, tablet displays, and other visual devices. With a 1:1 mixing ratio for easy operation, it combines low-viscosity self-leveling and rapid curing to redefine screen lamination standards. Its addition-curing mechanism ensures no by-products, preventing contamination or corrosion of display modules. Post-curing, it forms a transparent elastomer with >95% light transmittance and refractive index matching glass/plastic substrates, eliminating glare and Newton rings to enhance screen clarity and visual comfort.
Key advantages include: low viscosity (<5000 mPa·s at 25℃) for excellent flow, quickly filling gaps between screen and cover to achieve bubble-free, flawless interfaces; support for room-temperature or heat curing (80℃/20min fast cure) to adapt to automated production lines and shorten cycles; shrinkage <0.5% for superior dimensional stability, avoiding screen warping or display abnormalities. Additionally, adhesion to glass, PMMA, PC exceeds 1.5MPa, with -60~200℃ temperature resistance and 10¹⁴Ω·cm insulation resistance, ensuring long-term performance in automotive high-temperature, humidity, and vibration environments.
Applications include automotive central control screens, instrument panel lamination, laptop/tablet display waterproofing, and smart wearable device scratch protection. As an optical lamination material, its Shore 00 hardness 40 offers impact buffering to protect internal LCD layers; excellent weather resistance (>90% light transmittance retention and <2 yellowing index after 1000h 85℃/85%RH aging test) ensures stable long-term display. Packaged in separate A/B sealed containers (20kg/barrel), it has a 12-month shelf life at room temperature, with on-demand mixing to reduce waste and costs.
IOTA GNJ 3250OCR integrates "high optical clarity + efficient application + long-term reliability" to become the ideal choice for display manufacturers, enhancing product competitiveness and supporting display technology upgrades in automotive electronics and consumer electronics.
