IOTA 6250 is a medium viscosity, two-component, 1:1 mixed liquid flow silicone gel, which can be cured at room temperature or by heating. Applied to encapsulate electronic precision electrical circuits and hybrid circuits, solar cells, sensors, high-power rectifiers, IGBT modules, and electronic components of optoelectronic equipment in automobiles, providing waterproof, moisture-proof, dustproof, moisture-proof, shockproof, and insulation protection for electronic components and assemblies

Operation and Safety

1. Before use, mix components A and B in a ratio of 1:1. Stirring time 5min. It is recommended to use after degassing for 5-10 minutes under -0.09MPa~-0.08MPa vacuum.

2. The mixed rubber should be sealed and stored and used up within the safe operation period, otherwise it will slowly solidify and cause waste.

3. This product is non-hazardous, but do not put it in the mouth or eyes. If it splashes in, rinse with plenty of water.

4. During the vulcanization process, this product should avoid contact with organic compounds containing N, P, S, ionic compounds of heavy metals such as Sn, Pb, Hg, Sb, Bi, As, and organic compounds containing unsaturated groups such as acetylene, otherwise it will cause poor curing of the glue. Therefore, the compatibility test of silicone rubber and substrate should be carried out before use.

5. Temperature and curing time: 25℃, no flow after 120min; fully cured at 120℃ for 30min.

6. The curing speed of the adhesive is related to the temperature. The curing will be slower at low temperature.

7. Both the A and B components of the adhesive must be sealed and stored. Be careful of leakage during transportation!

Storage and Shelf life

Store in a dry place for a storage period of 12 months. If it expires, it needs to be retested and can be reused after passing the inspection.
