IOTA 6250LC is a two-component silicone gel, mainly used for
1. Automotive electronic precision electrical circuits and hybrid circuits, solar cell modules
2. Sensors, high-power rectifiers, rectifier bridges, intelligent water meters
3. Sealing of electronic components, circuit boards, modules, etc. of optoelectronic equipment
Product features
1. Medium viscosity, transparent, two component
2. Room temperature curing or heating curing
3. After curing, there are no by-products, with characteristics such as low hardness, low shrinkage rate, and no small molecule silicone oil precipitation
4. Wide resistance to high and low temperatures, good damping performance, and weather aging resistance
5. Capable of reliably protecting sensitive microelectronic components from moisture and corrosion

Operation and Safety
1. Before use, mix components A and B in a ratio of 1:1. Stirring time 5min. It is recommended to use after degassing for 5-10 minutes under -0.09MPa~-0.08MPa vacuum.
2. The mixed rubber should be sealed and stored and used up within the safe operation period, otherwise it will slowly solidify and cause waste.
3. This product is non-hazardous, but do not put it in the mouth or eyes. If it is accidentally splashed, rinse with plenty of water.
4. Do not contact N, P, S, ion compounds such as sulfur, polysulfide compounds, polysulfone or other sulfur-containing materials, amines, polyurethanes, amides and azides, organotin compounds and silicone rubber containing organotin catalysts to avoid poisoning the platinum catalyst and failure to cure.
5. Temperature and curing time: 25℃, 120min, no flow; fully cured at 120℃ for 30min.
6. The curing speed of the rubber has a certain relationship with the temperature. The curing will be slower at low temperatures.
7. Both components A and B of the colloid must be kept sealed, be careful of leakage during transportation!
