Applications in avionics:

The test results showed that: Compared with traditional dielectric materials such as thermal conductive silicon grease, thermal conductive adhesive and thermal conductive gasket, thermal conductive silicon gel as a new thermal interface material has achieved better test results in a number of targeted tests such as high and low temperature performance test, crash safety test, continuous vibration test and so on, and can be applied to the production of avionics products.
Applications in power batteries:
Most of the power batteries use lithium-ion cells, which have the advantages of high energy density and long service life, but there are also large security risks. When encountering water intrusion, short circuit, overload, shell damage and high temperature, lithium batteries have the risk of combustion and even explosion, which also brings challenges to the safe use of lithium ion batteries. When used in electric vehicles, lithium batteries also experience more stringent application environments. In the normal driving process of electric vehicles, the impact that lithium batteries may withstand includes continuous vibration, large temperature changes, rain soaking, etc., and in the condition of battery failure and traffic accidents (such as impact, falling into the river), the impact may also include local short circuit, overload, strong mechanical impact, water or other liquid soaking, fire, etc. Therefore, maintaining the safe operation of lithium batteries in complex and even unexpected environments and protecting the safety of drivers and passengers in electric vehicles is the goal pursued by all parties.
