Operation and Safety
1. Before potting, use alcohol, acetone and other suitable solvents to remove oil, dust and other dirt on the surface.
2. Mix components A and B evenly in a weight ratio or volume ratio of 1:1 before use. You can mix them manually or with equipment. After mixing, quickly pour them into the product. Since this product cures quickly, it is recommended to remove bubbles by vacuum in order to obtain a better sealing effect.
3. If the ratio of components A and B deviates greatly, the gel will be soft or hard. The ratio should be strictly 1:1.
4. This product belongs to the addition curing system. The curing speed is only related to the temperature. Heating can accelerate the curing speed.
5. Note that this product cannot come into contact with substances containing N, P, S, Sn, Pb, etc., otherwise it will cause the gel to not cure.
6. Unused A and B adhesives should be stored in a sealed manner.
7. Only A and B shipped in each batch of this product can be mixed. Mixing A and B shipped in different batches will affect the state after curing.
8. IOTA 6250OCR is an addition-cured silicone rubber that contains neither toxic nor corrosive substances. Special handling precautions may be required and general industrial hygiene regulations should be followed.
9. Wear protective gloves for prolonged or repeated contact.
10. Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames, no smoking, and keep containers tightly closed. Use explosion-proof electrical/ventilation/lighting equipment.
11. Transport as non-hazardous goods.

Storage and Shelf life
Store in a dry place for a storage period of 12 months. If it expires, it needs to be retested and can be reused after passing the inspection.
